Ma l'Eterno fu loro benevolo, e ebbe compassione di loro e rispettò loro, a causa della sua alleanza con Abramo, Isacco e Giacobbe, e non li avrebbe distrutti, né li ha scacciati dalla sua presenza fino ad ora.

He who blessed our fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, may He bless this tender, circumcised child (child's Hebrew name) son of (father's Hebrew name) and grant him a complete recovery, because he has entered into the covenant. And even as he has entered into the covenant, so may he enter into the [study of] Torah, chupah [the nuptial canopy] and good deeds. And let us [all] say Amein.
